Really ... 1,500 Copies for Your 500 Kids?

Perhaps you have already noticed it elsewhere: I am the "funny maker" in the Bach family, and I am always up for some kind of joke. In Bach's time, a "funny maker", a "Lustigmacher" was the name given to a punch and a joker, a prankster ... but not ... what a comedian is today ... and therefore also the challenge with the grammar. Back to the headline: Because somehow the quote in the headline is really really serious. And it works like this:

With the "Teaching Material Classical Music" you also automatically receive our Bach Biography for Children in three variants: that is as an audiobook, as an eBook (... ePUB) and as a PDF for your tablet. So each of your schoolchildren can read or listen to the book the way they like it best. So that's actually three "books" you get in the classroom materials price per child, regardless of whether any variant is ever read or listened to.

Now let's further assume that your class consists of 25 "mice to be tamed". Then that would somehow be three "books" times 25 kids ... for one class. That makes 75 "books." Now, if you are around 47 years old, then you have about 20 years left of teaching. So 20 years multiplied by 75 books equals 1,500 books. If you are 27, then it is even 3,000 books. If you are older, then ... just less. Or is that getting too silly now?!

And now allow yourself a few minutes of rest and relaxation and listen to the Bach Biography for Children for a moment. Just click on the play button under the coming headline and let the fun begin.

In fact: That's three copies of the "Bach Biography for Children" on the left, which means an audiobook, an eBook (... ePUB) and a PDF file for tablets. You - as an educator - get in addition an entertaining medley (... listening works as a second audio sample, below) with the most exciting tributes to Johann Sebastian Bach, enhanced with his music and supplemented by a nine-minute short miniature biography, all narrated by two professionals. Would you like to listen to a sample of both offerings now?

Voilà ... Do You Now Want to Test Listen twice Real Quick?

Of course a professional narrates about the life of Johann Sebastian Bach.

Our Thank You to You: The Second Sound Sample
